Refund Policy

Current status: BagTick is currently in beta and the platform is free to access. No payments are being collected at this time. This Refund Policy will apply when paid plans launch. We are sharing it now for full transparency.

1 Beta Period — No Charges

During the current beta development phase, BagTick is completely free to use. No payment information is required and no charges will be made to any user during this period.

If you have been asked for payment information or charged for anything claiming to be BagTick, please report it to us immediately at support@bagtick.com.

Early Access Benefit: Users who join during the beta period will receive exclusive discounted pricing and extended free trials when paid plans launch. Details will be communicated via email.

2 Paid Plans at Launch

When BagTick officially launches, we plan to offer the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter: Free tier with limited features — no payment required
  • Growth: Monthly or annual paid subscription for growing teams
  • Scale: Monthly or annual paid subscription for high-volume businesses

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and exact features will be confirmed and communicated before launch. All prices will be displayed clearly before any payment is processed.

3 Eligibility for Refunds

Once paid plans are live, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment date. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

Service Outages: If BagTick experiences prolonged or repeated service outages that significantly impact your ability to use the platform (cumulative downtime exceeding 24 hours in a billing cycle), you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.

Accidental Charges: If you were charged in error or due to a billing system issue, we will issue a full refund promptly upon verification.

Annual Plan Cancellation: If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of purchase and have not used the Service beyond the equivalent of one monthly billing period, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund of unused months.

4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your registered email address and account name
  • The date of the charge and approximate amount
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or order confirmation numbers

Submit your request to billing@bagtick.com. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or card provider.

5 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions where the 30-day refund window has passed
  • Accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Any add-on features or one-time purchases that have been fully consumed
  • Charges that occurred due to a failure to cancel before a renewal date, where prior renewal reminders were sent
  • Currency conversion fees or bank charges imposed by your financial institution

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to make exceptions at our discretion.

6 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date.

Monthly plans: Cancellation stops future billing. No partial-month refunds are issued unless within the 30-day guarantee window.

Annual plans: Cancellation stops renewal. Refunds for unused months are available within 30 days of the most recent annual charge. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for annual plans but the account remains active until the subscription end date.

We will always send a reminder email before any subscription renewal. If you did not receive a reminder, please contact us.

7 Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us at billing@bagtick.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in temporary account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. We will provide all necessary documentation to your financial institution if required.

8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy over time, particularly as we approach our official launch and introduce paid plans. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
