By accessing or using BagTick Beta ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BagTick. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
BagTick is an all-in-one commerce and operations platform for growing businesses, providing sales tracking, unified messaging, order management, inventory control, POS transactions, business automation, and team collaboration from a single dashboard. The Service is in beta and all features are subject to change before official launch.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal authority to enter binding agreements, not be barred under applicable law, and provide accurate registration information. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
As a beta user you acknowledge: the platform may be unstable; data may be lost or reset; beta features may not be available at launch; we may collect usage data; and access may be revoked without notice.
You agree not to violate laws or third-party rights, transmit spam or fraud, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or resell access without written consent. We may investigate violations and take appropriate action including account termination.
All BagTick platform content and features are the exclusive property of BagTick. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only. You retain ownership of your uploaded data; by uploading you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. We implement industry-standard security but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of critical business data.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BagTick shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid to BagTick in the preceding twelve months, or $100 USD if no payments were made.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including IP rights, disclaimers, and liability limits — shall do so.
We may modify these Terms at any time and will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. The Effective Date above reflects the latest update.
